Draft at brewery. Very thick, muddy fold color, no clarity. Not much lacing. A slightly sweet malt character b hat works well with lightly fruit hops. Hops are low on bitterness and no pine or green flavors to speak of. I lo ke this is le, especially when the hops aren’t assertive. A fuller, thicker mouthfeel works well with the wheat.

Draught at Portland Craft, Vancouver; as it was listed, with 7072 hops
Bright blond color with compact head. Nice malts, crackery, a bit crisp, bit the hop is mostly herbaceous, a bit vegetable, not the most exciting. Maybe a bit piney too.
Decent APA.

Bottle - Nice cocoa and oaky notes. Jet black with a decent brown head. Dark roasty notes and chocolate syrupy with nice barrel flavours. Well done.

Can from Total Wine in Lynnwood, WA. Pours light copper with an off-white head. Citrus/stone fruit aroma over some slightly roasty malt. Med body or more. Flavor is lots of citrus, a good deal of lighter stone fruits, something like spice, and a very nice backbone. Not at all harsh. It’s nicely bitter. Might be a bit of hop burn on my tongue.

Draft at brewery. Aroma is strong with wildness, some lemony funky, and sweet malts indicating it has plenty of sugars to grow strong. Flavor has some tartness breaking through the thick malt abd lots of white wine barrel. It’s unrefined and definitely not a brett saison but more of a barrel beer. Finishes lighter with mild acidity. Would like to see how it develops. Decent stuff but haphazardly put together.

Draft at brewery. Not sure why it’s barrel fermented. A little sticky sweet, sticky mouthfeel. Hops break through, a bit resiny. Too thick, not clear or clean. Just a bit of a waste to be a "lager."

Thick golden color color. A bit sticky sweet. Actually, yucky sweet. Sticky mouthfeel. It’s not estry but just weirdly sticky, makes me want to drink water to clear out the palate.

Draft at brewery. Clear golden. Sweet hop aroma and a thick maltiness, white bread and maybe the oatmeal adding to the thickness. It’s a thick, hoppy beer.

Draft at brewery. Clear golden, string head retention. Thick golden color, clear. A thicker beer in flavor, just chewy. A bit sweet malts, but very subdued. Not estry. Thick, not refreshing but good Belgian.

Draught at Crazy Horse Sveavägen Pours amber with a rather firm head. Drinkable with modern hops.
