Opaque, pale, bubbly head. There’s some pedio on the nose here. I was hoping it would blow off but it did not. The palate has less of it, is moderate body and low bitterness. Wheaty. Not getting much of the fresh hop…something like Triple Pearl you want to get a real taste of it, and I don’t get this. Just not executed particularly well...witbier is tougher to brew than it sounds.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, orange, peach, pineapple, earthy yeast and faint coconut. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, orange pith, honeydew melon, pineapple, earthy yeast and peach in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Juicy and easy to put back.

473ml can. Pours an unclear brown with amber hue and a small, creamy, short lived, beige head that laces nicely. Mild aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate and nuts. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, lactose, milk chocolate, raisin and faint coconut. Medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Would have liked more coconut, but still ok.

473 ml can. Pours pale gold/hay color with light head. Aromas of fruity Belgian yeast with stoned fruit and candied lemons; plus soft wheaty malts and a bit of potpourri. Flavors follow same with drier more biscuity and sharp malts. Tasty for the low ABV.
