(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours lightly hazed orangish with an eggshell head. Notes of tart fruit, some grapes but also citrus, berries, maybe pit fruit, wet wood, hefty funk, light sulphur, bready yeast, moderately tart plus overall, lactic with a slight acetic touch. Dry but tart yeasty finish, wood, cellar, dough. Light to medium bodied, average carbonation. Decent enough but lacking a wow factor.

Draught at Ginger Man, 11/9/17.
Lightly hazy, lemon pulp yellow-to-golden. Small white head atop scatters to cover.
Lovely, crisp, clear, heady Brett in the nose recalls notions of Redemption and Orval. Classic Brett Brux it would appear. Hint of lime and leather through pear and soft mineral. Biscuity malts behind provide backing and there is low hop character, thankfully. No alcohol or flaw.
Loads of Brett come at you from every which way, with earthy, mousey, musty funk and yet retaining a crisp, apple-like ester on the end. No distinct hop notes. Not quite cohesive enough in the flavor. Wish the aroma translated better to the mouth, but the clarity of Brett isnt here and it seems a bit jumbled. Texture shows soft to biscuity malts with a bit of honey sweetness through the middle, drying out nicely on the end.
