Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of sourish fruits, tartish notes, vinegar, wood and oak. Taste is sour, vinegary and tart with some fruits and earthy notes. Finish is sour and funky with some tart fruits, funky yeast and farmyard. Sour.

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Red Session. Sehr dunkel braune Farbe. Geruch nach Kaffee, Karamell, wenig rote Früchte. Geschmack ist mild säuerlich fruchtig, Karamell, dunkles Malz.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish, old lawn, soda powder, flowers, oak, leafs, roasted grain, berry skin, apple peel, fruit stones, hay, yellow apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, sorrel, roasted grain, minerals, oak, mild vinegar, berry skin, fruit salt, bark, unripe berries, oak, fruit stones, flowers, grass, sour apples. Medium bitterness bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice enough.
