375ml bottle at Matt’s. Pours a murky blonde with a white head. Aroma is fermented veggies, phenolic, and, surprisingly slightly smoky. Taste is the same. Not bad.

The aroma is a bit dusty and a bit of brett. Tart, some slightly floral fruit character and some phenols. The tartness is fairly sharp, and the funk is a bit weird...hard to pin down...a bit wonky though. If whatever this is develops, look out, but for now it’s still drinkable.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky brett, bubblegum, and a touch of stone fruits. Flavour is bizarre, with bretty funk, bandaids, and light fruitiness. There is definitely a problem here, with the bandaid notes. Not totally fucked up, but there is definitely a major issue here.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy copper gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong funk, oak, peach flesh. Thin body, peach flesh, funk, French oak, acidic, very sour, enjoyed this.

Pours pale yellow into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sour lemon and apple aromas. Crisp with apple, lemon and crust upfront turning mildly sour before the medium-length pith finish.

On tap at Cigar City Brewing. Pours a hazy yellow with medium white head. The aroma is yeast, funk, lemon zest, brett, oak. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, light tartness, nice dry finish.

Bottle with KBL. Lemon, grapefruit, yogurt in the nose with some funk and a touch of vinegar. Cloudy golden color with a thick head that quickly went to lace. Very tart, acidic flavor, lemon, ginger, spice. Well done spice balance. Refreshing and good.

Bottle from the Brewery I picked up on my trip to Denver last May. A clear pale gold with a great pepper, ginger and citrus aroma. Great light dry body tangy funky tangerine, pepper and just plain delicious. Balanced and satisfying, I could drink this all day.

Light blonde with a touch of haze. On the nose, this has an odd mix of brett and hop...orangey and herbal hop, with a touch of pale malt. Has a nice orangey hop character, light brett. Dries out nicely in the finish. It’s tasty, though. Once you get used to that extra hop level, it’s really good stuff.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite funky, with considerable funky feet, some sweat, subdued dry hopping, and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry citrus hopping, sweat socks, earthy notes, and funky farmhouse notes. Finishes rather citric and dry overall. Despite the strange sweaty notes, it works very well together. Very good.
