Bottle. Color: Clear reddish amber to copper, thin off-white head. Aroma: Malty,caramel, tartness. Taste: Over moderate to medium tartness, caramel, oak wood notes, vinuous red wine notes, some apple syrup. Medium body, below average carbonation. Dry-ish finish. Ok overall, not outstanding.

Bottle. Getting the cork out was a hell of a job. Ending with pishing the lower part of the cork in the bottle... ;). Color: Hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Fruity stone fruit, tartness, funky hints. Taste: Moderate tartness, some bitterness too, leathery Brett, some wood, subtle fruity notes of pear and stone fruit. Finishing more to the dry and bitter side. Medium body, almost no carbonation Not that complex, but ok overall.

Bottle. Color: Hazy lightly reddish golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Tart, horse manure funk, fruity gooseberry and hints of red wine. Taste: Medium to over medium tartness, wine vinegar notes, fruity tart Gooseberries and lemon. Subtle funk, wood and red wine. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, low carbonation. A bit too tart for me.

Gedronken tijdens het Brabants Speciaalbier Festival in Oirschot 2024. Troebel roodbruin bier met een dun laagje schuim. Aroma van hout en vanille. De smaak is zuur. Nasmaak is eveneens zuur.

Geprobeerd op het Brabants Speciaalbier Festival in Oirschot met LiekevdV, Inoven en Roelzie. Het is een troebel roodbruin bier met een dun laagje schuim. Het heeft een aroma vanille en hout. De smaak is vol fruitig en zuur.
