Nice to see a beer in this style. Tap at the 2025 Beer Expo. Bright, clear golden color with a good head. Nose is sweet honey malts and quite fruity, citrus, stone fruit. Sweet, rich malt flavor, nice spicy Saaz hopping, rich and full bodied.

Tap at 2025 Beer Expo. Soft malty nose, light esters, citrus, some stone fruit. Biscuit malt flavor, citrus, herbal hops, dry finish. Light and crisp.

Tap at the 2025 Beer Expo. Deep amber, slightly cloudy, call head. Nose is big ginger, also cloves, citrus, caramel malts, some pine. Slightly sweet but not too much, lots of festive spices. The spicing is more than I usually like, but works for this style, and goes well with the amber base ale.

Medium amber color. Minerally nose with apricot and strawberries. Very clean palate. Excellent bitterness. Superb balance. Probably the best steam in Japan.
