Bottle 25 cl. Pours thick and syrupy with no head, leaving fat curtains inside the glass. Lovely fat, syrupy roastiness in the nose with some overripe, dark fruits. Rich, fat, sweet chocolatey roastiness with hardly any carbonation. Faint bitterness. Really delicious. 070224

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy, pale golden with a small fizzy, dissipating white head. Distinct and dry apple aroma. Medium body, dry and tart and rather rustic apple notes. Not a grain of residual sweetness. No funk either. Just a good old fashioned farmhouse cider without any fuss at all. 050124

Can 33 cl. Cloudy, opaque, deep red with a creamy, pinkish head. Spicy, aromatic, berry like character - but not quite. Medium body, solid and slightly perfumy (coriander), berry like fruitiness with a faintly tart edge. Again low carbonation. Quite interesting. 211223

Can 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a roughish, white head. Interesting, slightly spicy aroma. Medium body, some malt sweetness with a decently hoppy finish. Richer and more full-bodied than what you'd expect from a Rice Lager. 211223
