Description
Closet Brewing is an Edinburgh-based nano-brewery run by two queer women (and our tiny dog).
Our emphasis is on quality vegan beers, queer community and keeping a local-minded, outgoing approach at the centre of our mission.
We use unique flavours and innovative techniques to create beers that are, at their heart, a lot of fun.

Can at ash's. Pours murky orange brown, nose is chocolate, caramel, strawberry, cream, taste is juicy strawberry, zesty, hints of chocolate.

Can from Cork & Cask. Appearance - dark brown to black. Fawn head. Nose - maple syrup, chocolate and coconut. Taste - coconut and maple syrup, chocolate. Palate - sweet and medium bodied. A bit sweet. Overall - ok.

Can thanks to cgarvieuk. Pours murky orange to brown with a demerara coloured head. Aromas of toffee, vanilla and strawberry. Taste is more of the same. Sweet jammy finish.

Can thanks to cgarvieuk. Appearance - murky reddish-brown. Nose - sweet strawberry almost bruised. Taste - more sweet strawberry, not sour really. Palate - sweet middle and sweet finish. Overall - where's the acid??

Can from Cork & Cask, at 4.2%. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thick white head. Aromas of candied lemon and fruit salad. Taste is creamy, more lemon peel and curd. Light bitter finish.

Can from Cork & Cask. Appearance - murky yellow with a neat, snow white head. Nose - orange, peach and general fruit salad. Taste - oh, more peach, a bit sweet to be honest, then dry zest. Palate - light bodied, sweet middle and dry finish. Overall - quite nice.
