16oz can pours pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grassy hops and some cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice grassy hops and a nice grain malt.

On tap at Heater Allen, pours a clear bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma reveals plenty of resinous hops, orange peel, and dry toasted caramel. Flavour is classic west coast: with lots of resinous hops, piney notes, some grapefruit rind, orange peel, and a healthy caramel malt backbone. Rounded and balanced despite being maltier than the average WCIPA. Excellent.

16oz can from Tavour. I believe thistt was the winner of the Bitburger challenge, and it sure tastes like it . Clear golden pour, billowing white foamy head, lively carbonation. Bready, grainy aroma. Taste is biscuity, mild sweetness, some up front bitterness that stays through for a nice crisp bite at the finish. Excellent

Clean upfront packing a nice zippy hop finish. Apparently "sendable" is a tasting note now.

US Pint can from Valley Brewers in Solvang, drank at our lovely Air B&B in Paso Robles on 9th July 2024. Clean and clear dark amber body, beige crust. Malty front, bready/caramel like flavours with a light hop backbone. A decent Dunkel all round.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear light bright gold with a nice white head. Aroma is grass/spice with breadiness. Near med body. Quite dry. Moderately bitter. Flavor is mostly grass/spice, but the breadiness is clearly present.

16 oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, short-lived foamy white head, thin layer of foam remains. Grainy, bread aroma. Taste is biscuity, grainy leading up to a small snap at the finish. Nice hefty feel to this as well. Really nice all around, I can see why this has scored so well.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a clear piss yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has a nice dry, grassy hop character, with straw and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with lots of bitter grassy hops, some spiciness, straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Brewed to style, clean and crisp, though not an elite example of the style. Good.

This beer has such an incredible body and mouth feel to it for a lager. Like sipping whole biscuits or loaves of bread. Mad delicious.
