Not sure what the exact deal is with Gold Dot and Heater Allen. Can. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A light sweet citrus nose. Perfume, somewhat oily, sweet, tropical. Very good. Just enough bitterness.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear, pale golden pour , foamy head educes to small patches, tons of lacing. Aroma offers light citrus, orange rind, lemon peel. Taste brings a nice zesty bite, more citrus peel notes on a nice biscuity base. Very crisp and a touch dry. Best cold IPA I've had.

16 oz can poured, from Special Brews. Clean golden orange appearance, thin head. Another solid classic west coast from these guys, big bold piney hop front woth a barely rich sturdy yet balanced caramel malt backbone. Lots of moderately aggressive classic PNW hops. Drinks like a double. Overall a really well done brew here.

Draft pour pint at Chuck's Seward Park. Clean golden pour, as shiny and clean as they get. Patchy head. Crisp, spicy Cracker grains, with a grassy hop.follow. Gentle melon tone. Balanced grassy and cracker grain finish. Totally unimpressed with the cold IPA substyle typically, but I can officially say I absolutely love two of them, and Gold Dot was involved in both of them. Excellent IPA to say the least.

On tap at brewery. Pours clear gold with a small white head. Aroma has piny, resinous hops and a touch dank. Flavour has lots of resinous pine, sweet malts, and some citrus peel. Crisp and piney, very clean IPA.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Medium gold pour. Large frothy white head. Spotty lacing. Earthy malt aroma hints at grassy hops. Sharp, grainy malt flavor has delicate notes of lemon zest, followed by a distinctive Nobel hop character. Excellent balance and flavor. Well done.
