Tap. Pours crystal clear golden, melon creamy white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, a touch fruity, grain, a bit of a floral note. Flavor is light sweet, very light bitter. Light plus body. Clean.

Sample on draft at the All Colorado Beer Festival. Pours black, with a big, frothy, light brown head. The aroma is molasses, resin, pine sap, and lots of coffee. Sweet and boozy flavor, with a mild bitterness. Very heavy body, with a sticky, thick mouthfeel. This is a heavy, sticky, cloying beer - more stout than black IPA, but very enjoyable.
