Bottle. Orange brown. Looks like a Spezi (Cola mixed with lemonade). Regular head. Aroma is malty but not very strong. Taste is malty and even more malty. Malts dominate everything in here. Sweetish. Good mouthfeel. Not much carbonation. Ok.

Tap @ Blesius Garten, Trier [5/7/2016]. Cloudy medium amber colour, small frothy beige head, diminishing slowly, good lacing. Aroma pale malts, green apple, goose berries, white grapes, light citrus, sourish impression. Taste medium sweet and light to medium sour. Sweet and sourish aftertaste, medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, very refreshing.

Hazy chestnut brown colour, thick creamy head, half-way lasting, heavy lacing. Aroma roasted malts, caramel, brown sugar, light cocoa. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, roasty, toffee, bit burned caramel, bit nutty. Roasty sweetbitter aftertaste, coffee and chocolate notes, medium body, oily to watery texture. Nicely structured and tasty dunkel.

Cloudy deep amber colour, tall creamy off-white to white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma wheat malt, banana, yeast, cloves, light citrus. Taste medium sweet and light sour, malty, banana, yeast, spicy notes. Sweet and sour aftertaste, fruity and spicy notes, light to medium body, watery to creamy texture, soft carbonation. Nice weizen, quite delicate.

Taste medium to light heavy sweet, medium bitter, fruity, citrusy, spicy notes. Fruity bittersweet aftertaste, resinous, peppery notes. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, overall a bit too thin and citrusy.

Hazy medium golden, average frothy witehead, mostly diminishing, good lacing; aroma pale malts, caramel, hay, bread, bit vanilla; taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, light toffee, peppery noets; mild sweetbitter aftertaste, spicy notes, lingering bitterness in the finish; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; perhaps a tad too sweet but nice and crisp.

On tap at the brewpub. Leuchtend trübes hell orange goldenes Bier mit mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch angenehm hopfig, fruchtig, gering hefig. Geschmack mild aromatisch hopfig, fruchtig, leicht hefig, süffig.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, wood, bread. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, wood - bread, dry, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160422]
