Hazy amber color. It has a delicate but nice caramel aroma. The flavor has some caramel, dryish, too simple. Easy one.

Cloudy blond color; big head. There is some crispy malt aroma, but it’s light. It has the limited sweetness of the Pilsners of this part of the country, but more bitterness; there is a quite light malt aroma; the hop is enough bitter, but not enough aromatic. Pleasant, without thrill.

Cloudy, deep blond color; big thick head. It has some aroma of sugars, of wheat and very light parmesan cheese. It has a dry mouthfeel, with a light wheat character and a touch of citrus fruits. It’s extremely cold. The final is drier than usual. Ordinary.

Tap. Banana and clove aroma. Cloudy yellow-orange color with nice big head. Wheat malt flavor with mild-moderate banana clove flavor - not extremely sweet and fruit/spice flavors are subdued. A nice Hefe but on the subtle side.

Bottle. Plum and hay malt aroma. Hazy orange-amber color with small head. Very strong barley/hay malt flavor with hint of orange - moderate acidic and carbonation. I like this one - a unique German pilsener.

Draught: Poured a brown color with an off white head. The aroma was full of roasted nuts. The taste was also roasted nuts, with a bitter tongue slapping finish. A special holiday beer for the holiday party I was at.

Draught: Poured a copper hazy color with a white head. The aroma was yeast and fruit. The taste was again yeast and fruit, it had a soft hefe bite to it. Over-all pretty balanced in this respect for a Hefe.

Draught: Poured a brown clear color with slight red tint to it, the head was off white. The aroma was roasted malts and soft grain. The taste was almost tea leaf like with some roastedness to it.
