33cl flip top bottle sample @ RBBWG 2013, courtesy of ?.

33 cl. swing bottle sampled @ RBBWG 2013. Thx to whoever brought it the last time – maybe Jeff? Bottle carries the date 14.10.2010 on a sticker on top. Not sure whether this is bottle on or BBF either way this is probably way too old for a pilsner. Lots of floating yeast chunks in the bottle. Mmm… smells like dishwashing liquid, chemical, industrial,… tastes yeasty with lots of industrial citrus, fake stuff in it, sweet medicinal, bit fruity & malty. Light. I actually find this not to bad & more enjoyable than quite a few stuff out there… for what this is, basically a 2 year old pilsner this is actually quite good.

19/I/13 - 33cl swing top bottle @ RBBWG 2013 - BB: 10/X/10 (2013-32) Thanks to Jeff (?) for bringing the bottle to the previous meeting!

Little cloudy pale yellow beer, small sediment floating around under a small aery white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sourish, lemony, some sugar. MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: sourish, little bitter, grassy. Aftertaste: lemony, sour, vinegar, bitter touch. Bleh. Apparently the other guys were thirsty? :p

Bottle, thanks Bierkrug! Citrus and straw aroma. Cloudy pale golden, big lacing head. Honeyish and strawlike malt, nice wide hop-profile - aromatic and sweet. Nice.

11/8/7/7/10/7

Bottled at RBESG 2010 Grand Tasting. An unclear brown beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces(?), malt, and lemon. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces and malt. Not kept properly.

Small 0,33l bottle, looks good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts intense hoppy, modest dry, quite fruity-sourish with lemon notes. Finish not too mild, still nicely fruity and well balanced. Quite drinkable and good beer!
