Draught @ Brauhaus Kraft-Brau, Olewiger Strasse 135, Trier, Rhineland-Palatinate Germany 54295.Hazy medium grey orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, earthy - damp stain - fusty notes, moderate yeasty, banana, fruity, moderate to light heavy clove. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, banana, clove. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100927]

Hazy mahogany with a huge beige head. Sourish aroma with roasted malt, caramel and bread. Sourish flavour with roasted malt, caramel and lacto. Finished sour.

Bottle @ RBESG, Rome 2010. Pours darl brown with a small off white head. Nose is caramel and fruit. Some cellar and earth. Tart and infected flavor . .Watery

Bottle 100cl. w. swing top @ RBESG 10 Grand Tasting at the Brasserie 4:20 warehouse.Alc. 5.0%. Light unclear medium to dark amber color with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, light to moderate sour malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, sour milk. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. The bottle was 1 year after tap day. [20100606]

Bottle 100 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Courtesy of Borresteijn. pours a cloudy opaque dark brown with a bubbly off-white head. Tart, fruity nose. Medium body, some caramel, tart fruit. No bitterness. Unfortunately infected. 060610

1 L bottle. Pours hazy brown with a huge off-white head. Aroma is sour and citric. Citric and milky flavour. Citric finish. Slight malty dark note. Way off.

6th June 2010. RBESG 10 Grand Tasting at the Brasserie 4:20 Warehouse. Cloudy dark brown beer, little white head. Crisp, dry palate. Tart fruity malt. A little cherry and orange. Finishes soft and dry. A cut above the normal German averageness.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy brown colour, off white head. Aroma of burnt sugar, caramel, light fruity. Flavour is light caramel, light roasted malts, biscuits, toffee. Light bitter roasted finish. Light to medium bodied.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy light amber colour, white head. Aroma is very fruity, apricot, tropical fruits, hint of banana. Flavour is very fruity again, apricot, tropical fruits and melon, a hint of wheat, a bit sour. Sticky mouthfeel, bit cloying fruity sweetness. Medium bodied.

On tap at the brewpub. Very hazy lemon juice like colour, fluffy white head. Aroma of lemon, grass, yeast. Flavour is light sweet, lemon, grass, malts, bit of cardboard in the finish. Light to medium bodied. Refreshing.
