A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light peated notes, light cinnamon, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light cinnamon, coffee, light chili, pleasant. Cask at Ottawa winter brewfest 2019.

En fût au 3 Brasseurs McGill. Arôme de fumée bien dosée, malt, léger fruité. Goût de fumée, malt, légère âcreté. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-faible.

En fût au 3 Brasseurs McGill. Couleur orange foncée opaque, mousse beige onctueuse. Arôme de levure, épicé, fruité, clou de girofle. Goût de levure, malt, pointe d'orange, amertume moyenne, conifère. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Can that is over-carbonated, over-flowing out of the can. This creates a big white cap that does not go down fast enough. Hazy light golden-yellow colour and the lacing is big, fluffy, foamy. Belgian Ale yeast aromas with hints of apples. The malts seems just a tad too sweet, but they catch up in the taste. Quite hoppy to compensate for the lower alcohol. A little citrus, a little yeasty. Not too, too bad.
