10/3/2023. Bottle shared at our hotel in Worcester. From Warner's Supermarket, Upton-upon-Severn. Pours clear dark golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of juicy apple, caramel, light funky edge. Moderate sweetness, ligth tartness. Moderate body, sligthly oily, average carbonation. Light dry finish. Decent.

10/3/2023. Bottle from Warner's Supermarket, Upton-upon-Severn. 5.4% abv. Pours clear bright golden amber with minimal head. Good pour. Aroma of rich apple, caramel, apple pie, stewed apple, mucky edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily, low carbonation. Dry finish. Good.

Bottle from Warner’s Supermarket. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are red apples, sulphur, fruits, little acid and has a nice semi dry finish.

500ml bottle from Gloucester Services Farmshop. Sparkling clear golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of fruity apple, fleshy. Taste is sweetish and tangy, apple, some core and skin, with toffee & caramel hints, citric acidity and light tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle - Pours a clear pale golden colour with a short lived fizzy white head. The aroma is ripe pears. A moderately sweet fruity taste, sweet and light tart pear flavours with a light drying finish.

Greenish yellow colour. Moderate perry aroma. Dry nice perry flavor. SOme barnyard notes. Average finish. Oily palate. Nice.

BIAB Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear deep golden colour, some bubbles on top that dissipate away and aroma of funky apple, woody, some sharpness. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, woody, orchardy funk, tangy with lots of tannin. Medium bodied, low vcarbonation, dry warming tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
