Bottle. Creamy good head, mostly deminishing. nice brown colour. Moderate malty aroma. Lots of chocolate. Moderate bitter finish. Long duration. oily texture and soft carbonated. A good beer.

Bottle. An unclear dark yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of oranges as well as hints of coriander. The flavor is very sweet with nice fruity notes. Lots of sediments left in bottle.

Draught. Quite spicy aroma with a little wet rag to it. Golden colour, very small head. Flavour is quite spicy. Good mouthfeel. Quite sweet and spicy for a tripel. Also a little peppery, but not enough to balance it perfectly.

[At Fynske Øldage 2005] A hazy nutty brown beer with an OK light brown head. The aroma is nutty and slightly spicy, while the flavor is sweet nutty and spicy, with a slight acidic note - I wonder if it is the brewing cereal, that gives it this slight acidity.

[At Fynske Øldage 2005] An unclear orange beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with notes of oranges as well as hints of coriander. The flavor is very sweet with nice fruity notes - again oranges stand out, but the coriander are a bit faint.
