Keg at Captain Cooks, Östersund. This was an interesting one as the finish and elements of the aroma were veryambic like. That kind of funky Belgian vibe that i wasn't expecting here and I'm sure was not intended by its creator. Aroma was otherwise like fertiliser. An odd and interesting kellerbier. 330ml Can - Golden with a foamy white head. Bread, lime and herbs in the aroma. White grapes, herbs, citrus and grass in the taste. Refreshing.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Dark golden with a white head. Butterscotch, malt and hay. Soft and easy to drink.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is cinnamon, some toffee, mild floral, wood. Flavour is a really big kick of cinnamon, raisins and some mild herbal tones. Spicebomb.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, spicy, X-mas spices, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, perfume. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, caramel, sweet malt, spicy, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, X-mas spices. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230210]

Flaska från SB. Klar mörkt gyllenfärgad vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Stor kropp med mycket kolaremmar, knäck och bröd. Om malten en spot on brittisk som saknas det lite i himlen som mest bara är gräsig och höig. Men bra balans, rent och snyggt och malten får verkligande skina. Trevlig

Bottled 330ml. -Darker brownish cola coloured, medium sized beige head, caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, nutty, light fruity and quite dry bitter finish.
