Located in Pau under the gaze of our mountain, the Pic du Midi d’Ossau (Jean Pierre for short), we brew 100% of our beers with cereals and hops from organic farming.

French cereals, revaluation of spent grains in Béarn, partnership with the Pyrenees National Park, discover all our commitments for a more respectful and committed production in our territory.

At les Halles in Pau. Hazy reddish brown, lasting laces. aromatic and grassy aroma. Soft rond taste with some flower tones and som Apple sourness.
