Bottle. Slightly unclear amber body with a dense, nice tan head. Aroma has malt, toast and pine. Flavor is medium sweet, toasted, slightly harsh bitter, ripe fruit and pine. Medium body with a slightly sharp bitter aftertaste. Feels a bit raw and unfinished somehow.

Hazy yellow color with a white head. Ok lacing. Moderate sweet and an average carbonation level. Ok intensity in the aroma. Citric and a little overdose of coriander in the flavor.

Bottle from Gulating Brennåsen. Unclear yellow body with a medium sized white head. Not much aroma here, light, slightly sour wheat, yeast and surprisingly little spices nor hops as Sorahi in particular use to be recognizable. Flavor is very light, slightly sour with very little wheat or spices/hops flavors. I find it really more close to a half decent home brewed pilsner. Body is thin and watery. Doubt it supposed to taste like this.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden-orange in colour and with a white head of moderate size. There’s a touch of burnt plastic in the aroma, with orange zest, pine cones and a little malty touch. It’s medium bodied and smooth on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation, although a bit low. Pine cones, orange and a decent bitterness in the flavor. Long orangey finish. Decent first meet. 170826

04.08.2017, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of sour-ish burnt, weeds, sour grass, yeast, ashes, minerals, flowers, leafs, harsh moss, hops, bark, yeast. Taste is slightly harsh mineraly, weeds, minerals, bark, ashes, soil, flowers, yeast, harsh hops, moss, paper, hay, grass. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh floral mouthfeel. Not really my cup of tea, but I guess it’s get better with some time, when the sorachi hops has evolved...
