Bottle at home. Courtesy of Inbreak. Has a clear straw colour with an off-white head. Aroma of juniper, sour socks, herbs, white bread, Turkish yogurt and sea water. Some apricots as well. Flavour of lemon, sea water, white bread, dry hay and some grass. Chili lingering in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, light body and a light bitterness. An innovative gose, fresh and with a nice chili touch.

330 ml unlabelled test bottle from the brewery. Orange to amber colour, huge head, slight off-white. Aroma of lightly roasted malts and burnt breadcrumbs. The flavour has the same elements (too much burnt notes) and is quite dry. Hints of caramel and citrus.

330 ml unlabelled test bottle from the brewery. Hazy brown colour, moderate off-white head. Yeasty and malty aroma, notes of brown kandij sugar syrup, honey and coriander seeds. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements, distinct coriander and distinct bittering hops in the finish, noticeable alcohol.

330 ml unlabelled test bottle from the brewery. Golden colour, brownish and hazy when the yeast is poured in, huge white head. Yeasty and malty sweetish aroma, notes of herbal hops too. The flavour is moderately sweet and malty, yeasty with some fruitiness, moderate hops. Too yeasty overall.

Aroma is lactic acid with fruity notes and bretty berries, as well hoppy notes of sorachi, grass and leafy minerals. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid, bretty notes of grapes, apples and white berries, as well as hoppy notes and salt.
