Bottle, 75cl. A very lightly sparkling headless deep golden colored cider. The aroma has a touch of cellar, with lots of fresh apple juice. Some fruity sourish notes, a touch of grass and apple jam, and a whiff of alcohol. It's full-bodied and lightly warming on the palate, lightly sour too, with a pleasant carbonation. Fresh apple juice, hints of caramel and alcohol, some grass and a very faint cellar hint in the flavor. Quite apple jam-like fruityness in the finish. A quite pleasant one, clean and refreshing, even though it's a bit sweetish. 221211

Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Bottle. A clear, lightly sparkling golden colored cider. The aroma is pretty straigth forward fresh apple juice, with notes of ripe apple, grass and apple cores. It's medium bodied and lightly sweetish on the palate, softly carbonated, with a rich apple juice flavor. Some grassy notes, and of course the fermentation has done some, but it's basically just like a very rich freshly pressed apple juice. Long apple juice finish. Tasteful, clean, a bit dull and very refreshing. 211004
