14/I/2012 1Pt. 6Fl.Oz. bottle @ RBBWG 2012 - BB: n/a (2012-30) Thanks to ajax25g for bringing the bottle!

Little cloudy orange beer, some chunks floating around, small off-white head, unstable. Aroma: very fruity, passion fruit, lots of peaches, bit piny, bit of stinky feet. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, peaches, piny bitter touch, citrus, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: resin, little fruity, bitter dry ending. Everything you would expect from a good IPA.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours really dark brown/black with a very small and temporary dark tan head. Aromas of chocolate and near-burnt malt. Full bodied. Flavor is very dark roasted malt followed by a lot darkish milk chocolate. It seems to be sweet, but the heavy roast malt sort of balances that out. Very smooth and pleasant. There’s a lot of ingredients in this beer.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy light amber with a foamy 3 finger off-white head. Lots of hop aroma - starts like pine but goes citrus. Med body. There’s lots of hop over a nice caramel backbone. But the hop seems primarily resinous. Then at the finish it’s grapefruit rind. Passing challenging. Really good, really hoppy.
