Bottle kindly shared by Yngwie/Gunnfryd. Clear, pale straw golden body under a small white head. Light in aroma, clean apple and hint of pear. Taste has a gentle apple flavor with balancing sweetness, mild acidity and surprisingly little alcohol. Can’t really believe this is actually 12% ABV. Medium body and short aftertaste. Decent, rather gentle cider. Probably best enjoyed as it is without any food. The most impressive thing here, is how well camouflaged the alcohol is.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A crystal clear pale golden cider with some white bubbles. Alcohol, apple juice and some leafy notes in the aroma. Not bad, but needs some aeration to mellow the alcohol. It's full bodied and warming, quite dry, yet with a fine sweetness. Fresh, ripe apples, some apple jam and a good dash of alcohol in the flavor. Some grassy, birch leafy notes too. Long warming finish. Sure not bad, but too alcoholic. 230924
