Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, sparkling and golden colored cider with a creamy, minimal sized white head. The aroma is quite apple forward, juicy, with notes of pear and grass. Apple cores. It's medium to full bodied, pleasantly carbonated and semi-tart, with a gentle acidity and warmth. Apple juice, some apple peel and cores, hints of grass and a light hint of lemon juice in the flavor. Medium length finish. Refreshing and tasteful, but a bit gentle all the way. 240405

Big fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, apple juice, grass, apple peel, yeast, flowers, bubblegum, apple winegum, hay. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, apple peel, leafs, unripe apples, flowers, grass, alcohol, winegum, bark. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, as Raaen Høgtid (Christmas seasonal), from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 12%. Apple varieties are Aroma and Gravenstein. Clear and extremely pale straw colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Nice aroma of said apples, a hint of sulphites. Moderately sweet flavour of apples and alcohol. Would probably profit from a lower ABV. Don't think I'll buy this one again.
