Aroma: Lett floral honning, mørk sirup, stenfrukt, bark og noe sherry.
Smaker: Mer floral honning og sherry i smaken. Fungerer godt med hint mot svisker og rosiner. Velbalansert, så ikke for søt eller syrlig og ikke for tung.

Farge: Klar, dyp kastanjefarge
Aroma: Elegante toner fra karamellisert honning. Hint mot svisker og pakistanske dadler her også.
Smaker: Igjen er det myke, elegante toner fra den karamelliserte honningen. Mer florale toner som kommer frem i smaken, men også de tørkede fruktene, der pakistanske dadler, fiken og rosiner med hint av ristet kastanje og bjørnebær i bakgrunnen.

Farge: Klar, dyp burgunderrød
Aroma: Herlig aroma som er fortrinnsvis søtlig, med lett syrlighet liggende under. Her er det moreller, kirsebær, hint mot solbær, sitronzest og hint mot sherry.
Smaker: Gode toner mot moreller og kirsebær med hint mot bringebær, solbær og bjørnebær, samt en dråpe sit ronsaft. Litt boozy undertoner, men kler denne godt.
Honningen ligger myk og meget elegant i bakkant.

Aroma: Har en syrlig aroma mot eple og kvede med lette, florale toner
Smaker: Mer syrlig eplesaft her og den florale honningen er mer i bakkant. Noe oksiderte toner mot sherry i ettersmaken, men kler den godt.

Superficial tasting at Kristiansand matfestival 2025. Unclear deep red body almost without any head. Strong aroma of red, ripe fruit and berries with a hint of honey. Taste is sweet with lesser cherry/raspberry than expected from aroma, mild acidity and distinct honey. Long lasting aftertaste with honey and tickling acidity.

Aroma has concentrated apple at the first sniff, and then the honey appears with a light acidity. The taste follows the same way, starting with apple similar to an ice cider, quite sweet, then smooth honey and mild acidity. Nice and kinda balanced. Believe this would be nice as a dessert with accompanying hard cheese.

Taste is refreshing with distinct malt, some bread and pleasant bitterness which accompanies you all the way to the aftertaste. A quite light, but tasty beer in the pilsner landscape with a small twist.

Superficial tasting at Kristiansand matfestival 2025. Unclear pale golden body under a big, foamy white head. Mild in aroma. Taste is rather light and easy as well, like a blond with wheat but also a faint hint of honey and a pleasant mild acidity in aftertaste that makes this a very light and refreshing beer. Personally, I would prefer some more distinct honey flavor here.
