Bottle, at the brewpub. An unclear orange colored beer with a creamy, finger-thick off-white head. Pine cones, citrus, some grass and a good dash of spruce in the aroma. Hints of malts too. Even a faint whiff of yeast, with fortunately wasn't noticeable in the flavor. Full body, nicely carbonated and soft, with a very light warmth. Good bitterness. Piney, spruce-ish and citrusy flavor with a decent malty backdrop. Perhaps a bit edgy in the finish. Anyway, a nice brew indeed, made for Christmas, but works well even in the summer. 240615

Bottle, at the brewpub. An almost clear, pale golden colored beer with a small white head. Peach, some citrus and wheat, and a hint of bread in the aroma. Medium bodied and with a decent carbonation and bitterness. The flavor has some bubblegum notes in addition to peach, lemon, orange hints and wheat and pale malts. Medium length finish. A decent brew in a quite uninteresting style. 240615
