Bottle, 75cl corked, at Sørlandet Matfestival. A clear straw colored cider with a small white head. Clean apple aroma, hints of lemon and grass. Some apple core notes. It's dry and medium bodied, nicely carbonated, with fresh apple juice doing most of the flavor work. There's notes of grass and a faint lemony acidity too. Medium length finish. A nice one indeed. Only had time for a quick taste due to closing hours, but will for sure revisit. 240712

Bottle, at Sørlandet Matfestival. Honey driven aroma with a light apple fruityness. Hints of flowers and heather. Some lemon. It's sweet and lightly warming, full-bodied and oily, with honey dominating the flavor. Some fruityness, apple, green grape and lemon, with a light flowery touch. A bit more heather-ish in the finish. Quite nice first mead this one. 2407127
