About
Tom og Elly-Ann Kofoed startet Kofoedbryggeriet offisielt i 2011 i Vestre veien 2 på Kirkøy. I 2020 inngikk Kofoedbryggeriet et samarbeid med Tom og Inger Olsen. I 2022 tar Petter A Olsen Holding AS, et investeringsselskap over eierskapet og bytter navn på bryggeriet til Bryggeriet på Hvaler. Bryggeriet blir og flyttet til Utgårdsveien 4 på Vesterøy.

Clear golden in the glass and a fine head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass Moderate intensity in the aroma. Quite malty Tad sweet and a decent bitterness to back it up Also a fine carbonation level. Easy to drink Plain round malty and herbal flavor [Can from Gulating in Fredrikstad, Norway]

Bottle at home. Courtesy of Cunningham. Pours a hazy orange colour with a an off-white head. Aroma of plastic bag, grass, pale malt, cooked vegetables and hay. Flavour of pale malt, cooked vegetables, plastic bag, grains, gress and wet hay. Has a slick mouth feel, light body and a light bitterness. Some off-flavours and not balanced.

Hoppy Thursday - Oluf Bagers Gade, Ratebeer Odense. Hazy dark copper with a lasting off-white head. Spicy aroma with cinnamon, clove and ginger along with a hint of bready malt. Dry and slightly tart spicy flavour

Can @ Hoppy Thursday - Oluf Bagers Gade, Ratebeer Odense. Pours Hazy deep amber with a White head. Amager hylden. Ginger and sources.. Like Aero Smith and Tyler and co in cirka 1994.Come on...
