Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mango e frutta tropicale.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di panettone, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Tap at Gentleman Boozers. Bright red, a hint haze, pink low head. Raspberry nose, dry pithy on the palate, raspberry, kettle sour notes, still good to drink in this heatwave in Rome.

33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, orange gold, with fine white foam. Aroma is intensely hoppy, fruity, even a little balsamic. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is intensely bitter. Final is still fairly bitter, earthy and dry.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, with a creamy and stable head of very fine light brown foam. Aroma is roasty, a bit of chocolate. Body fairly thin, with limited carbonation. Taste is quite roasty, bitter, with a persistent aroma in the final, dry herbaceous.
