750ml bottle thanks to my bro. It pours fairly flat....clear orangey - copper with no head. The fresh, fragrant, nutty, mushroom, wood, white wine, tangy yuzu, zesty, sherbet, savoury and a touch of smoked meat. The taste is fairly crisp, dry, snappy, juicy, puckering, pleasing sourness, lactic, tangy, tangy yuzu, lemon, mandarin, earthy, savoury, nutty, mushroom, damp wood, salty crackers and tart white wine with a drying, finish. Medium body, limited carbonation and slick mouth feel. Needs more carbonation for sure. Interesting for sure, just needs better condition.

Bottle via the online shop. Oily pour sits almost black. Thin and frankly filthy dark tan swede. Nose has unwashed coffee bean. Rich dark chocolate malts. Bit of woody earthy stalky vine fruit. Touch of milk chocolate. Taste has a twangy bitterness that doesn’t let up. Plenty of body with fine carbonation. Slick throughout with a fruity coffee bean character reigning in the ABV.

Tap. Brewdog Sheffield. Dark orange. Fully hazed. No head. Looks like juice. Nose has mango pulp. Whisper of pineapple. Whisper of funk. Taste is juicy bittersweet overall. Lovely mouthfeel. Feels like a quality breakfast juice fresh squeezed somewhere fancy. Juicy light tart finish. Nice one.

Bottle via the online shop. Well I’m glad the rates on here aren’t at the level of the fuckwits on UT lately giving this 0.5 and some such shit just because they’re well out of their comfort zone and don’t know how to deal with it. Winds me the fuck up. Anyhoo. Pours slick and thick and sits ominous with a super tight lasting semi lacing mocha coloured swede. Nose has coffee laced chocolate malts. Blackberry leaf notes off the fuggles hop. Very earthy overall with a whiff of sourness. Taste is dry tart and light sour. Absolutely not what you might expect from the appearance. Super clean with dryness on the palate. Tart and lean coffee bitterness. Tart lean finish. Pretty bonkers and definitely unusual. Kudos to this brewer for jumping in the deep end first off.

Bottle via the online shop. Hazed medium gold. Thin lasting semi lacing white swede. Nose is very fruit forward with soggy peach and nectarine. Dried apricot. Almond vibe presumably off the apricot stone. Barrel character comes across like port or red wine maybe. Taste has a fresh juicy stone fruit sweetness and a light tangy character. Drinks really easy with just a touch of acidity. Juicy fruity lightly twangy finish. Smashed it tbh.
