On tap at Old Dairy Taproom Tenterden. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. Spicy hefe aroma. It's a light wheat beer. More of a wheat than a hefe. Spicy bitter finish. Certainly a peppery bitter finish .it's interesting no doubt. Some lemon some pepper. Some wheat yeast flavour. Cereal flavour. OK.

Cloudy orange gold colour lasting white head. Odd aroma. I was going to say manure but it settles down into just an unpleasant yeast aroma with some hops
Moderate bitterness on the finish. This is not good. If it's supposed to be like this then it's almost undrinkable. Settles down a bit. Perhaps my palate affected by previous beer. OK neipa in the end.

Nose is bitter fruit exhaust, herb, grains.
Taste comprises biscuit, straw, stewed fruits, brown bread.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay bitter.
