1liter flip top thanks to Steve. Pours out a pinkish rusty color topped with a small head. Nose is nice pomegranate some berries and some tart notes. Taste is more of the nice pomegranate sweetness and some tartness.

Shared bottle at kermis’ courtesy of Kermis. Slightly hazy amber. Sweet honey, pear, nutty and nutmeg notes. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium body, silky smooth honey baby love me long time. Shakira aying doesn’t help my rating.

Shared from bottle courtesy of Kermis. Clear but very dark red amber. No head. Sweet dark berries, blackcurrant, blackberries, deep red chiliean wine, sweet deep honey edges but also sharp dry tannins, some vanilla. Over medium sweet, moderate bitter. Medium body, very very dry, bone dry, yet rich and sweet, confusing stuff. Very much like red wine with honey. Tannins are huge in this. Good stuff!

Bottle shared. Appearance like red wine but not woman’s drink. Aroma of big floral honey notes, massive sweet dark fruits, blackberry, tanins and blackcurrent. Nice and fruity along with the massive floral honey. Flavour is light heavy sweet. Medium to full bodied with very soft carbonation.

750ml bottle thanks to Steve. Pours out a crisp pale straw color. Nose is big honey sweetness some citrus blossoms and a little spice. Taste is more of the nice honey sweetness well balanced citrus notes and a floral spice combo going on.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of fusel alcohol, medium honey, and toasted grains. Flavour is very hot and boozy, with medicinal cough syrupy notes, sickly sweet honey and toasted grains. Not a superior mead - messy and boozy.
