Description
The Clock started ticking back in 2016, a bromance formed over beer by the bookends of two families. A mutual agreement that life is too short to be drinking boring beer brought us to where we are today.
The Ticking Clock Brew Co stands for unnervingly bold beer, flavours and experiments with fermentation.

Can, that seemed a bit squishy. Slightly underwhelming pour but sits decent enough in the glass. Almost black with a slim tan swede. Nose has semi sweet dark chocolate. Hint of desiccated coconut. Medium roast malt. Taste is pretty sweet first off with a light roast bitterness. Fairly smooth overall. Nicely slick. Good. Not sure it’s in top nick though.
