Slightly cloudy greenish to yellow cider, practically no head. Aroma: a bit funky, dirty touch, apples, green pears. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, a bit lemony, lactic acidity, sour burning in the throat, pear juice, a hint of vinegar even. Aftertaste: very acidic, sourish, lemony, a little bitter, sweet touch, green apples.

Pours hazy yellow , lemonjuice like. Taste is lambic like, very funky. Very brett forward. Wood ? Taste is sharp , intense on the acidity. Brett. Appleskins. Very dry, but not unpleasant. Fairly elegant on the apple, but robust in its brett and high carbonation.
