It seems that Breheny and their various historical brands have survived the end of Burnley and are now brewed at Hop Nation. Can. Pale amber with a white head that fades to a cm. aroma of bread, gentle spicy hops, pears. A bit on the fizzy side. Fruity at first before a spicy and slightly earthy drying bitterness grips gradually. More refreshing than it first seems. Decent quaffer.

Can. Yellow more than amber with a small white head. Breadcrust aroma. Sweet breadcrust and some toast, very mild bitterness. OK.

Can, bb 5/26. Very dark brown with a tan head that lasts well. Gently roasty choc-malt aroma. Just medium bodied. Moderately roasty with caramel, some earthy and chicory notes before a moderately bitter finish. Solid stuff.
