Appearance: misty yellow to almost copper color with a modest transparency and a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy and muted piney sweet to bitter hop tones; light clean biscuity malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet sort of quality; finishes with a muted piney sweetness and a touch of biscuity malts
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good smoothness with a subtle West coast-like bitterness; good carb level
Overall: works as a decent to good West coast styled IPA I would bang again.

Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a finger and a half's worth of white frothy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: zippy mixed citrusy bitter to sweet to bittersweet with piney bitterness and some slight berry sweet to tart notes; super light malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bitter to zippy-ish/snappy sort of hop spiciness without it being "too spicy." Finishes mixed citrusy with a sly bitter to bittersweet dry to grapefruity vibe to it
Texture: light to medium bodied; clearly sessionable; good smoothness; good carb level
Overall: pretty good NEIPA probably worth coming back to.

Aroma: mixed citrusy to mixed berry hoppy accents up front with a delicate undernote of pine; clean malts
Flavor: seems to lead with the berry hoppy notes and slightly leans into more of a strawberry sort of sweetness; the pine balances in a little bit of bitterness; finishes somewhat strawberry-like with pine then some mixed citrusy notes
Texture: light to medium bodied - slightly closer to medium; slightly sessionable; some smoothness with an ever so slight creamy effect to it; good low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA, good deal Mount Holly now stay on track with your NEIPA's.

16oz can of lemon curd looking pulp. Some white head. Nose is good... if not great. CItrus, perfume, herbs, booze and bubblegum, some stone fruits. Maybe some age on this can? Tough to tell, stone fruits and green grapes, herbs, wheat, straw. A little hop burn on the tip of my tongue. Maybe that was booze. Either way, full bodied. Off dry.

Appearance thick murky orange cardboard color with a quarter finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: muted grapey to somewhat grapefruit-like accents, stifled peach flesh with some freshly cut grass and some spicy to bitter citrusy hop notes
Flavor: leads mostly with the spicy to bitter grapefruity to citrusy hoppiness with an underlying grapefruity to grape semi-sweet tone; finishes grapefruity, dry and laced with a wee bit of white grapes
Texture: medium bodied; leaning towards being a sipper a little bit with a good smoothness and a good carb level; good low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nothing to go bonkers about needing again but also nothing sitting on the bottom shelf.
