Can to Becher pint glass. Bottom of the can stamped "12/17/2025."
Appearance: nice hazy mellow yellow/murky orange with a slowly dissiparing two finger's foamy head
Aroma: starts a "chalky" sort of smell then with a lil' more warmth, some orange/citrusy hoppiness melds with a clean malt
Flavor: bittersweet but had a subtle bitter strength to it with more warmth
Texture: medium body with a very nice smoothness to it, some creaminess but a bit scaled back
Overall: a nicely done NEIPA worthy of returning to.

Canned 10/14/25, drunk 1/9/26, as pictured.
Spicy hops with an excellent undercurrent of biscuit and honey-like malts to balance. Clean and aromatic with a healthy dose of minerality.
Malty with lots of biscuit and bread. Hops give good bitterness with lots of grass and dried herb. Nice texture and quite clean with good minerality. I mean, it's brewed at Von Trapp, so I'd expect nothing less...
