Can at home in Canaan. Picked up in VT. Pours lightly hazed yellow-gold with a rocky, foamy white head. Light sweet flavour with crispy pale biscuits, a nip of lemon peel, subtle bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, more dry pale biscuits, hay. Drinks mighty fine.

Can (5/20/24) pour shared by Steve! Deeply hazy pale yellow with thin cap of head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is initial citrus, tropical fruit, then strong dank herb followed by mild candied fruit. Taste is strong citrus, orange, dank, musty grape. Smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. So many promising hops and danky Nelson is the dominant takeaway. Fine but disappointing.

Canned 1/31/24, drunk 7/24/24. Extremely pale, brass-golden. Large, well-retained, white head. Clean, clear, moderately-crisp. Lots of mineral water character with more of a lighter, crackery malt. Good yeast character. Everything is clean. In the mouth, I'm not sure it feels overly German, but yet it has an unmistakeable yeastiness to it. Ok, I take that back, it's German, yet maybe not my favorite yeast. Feels like they took some random, Warsteiner-like yeast and made a beer out of it. Very waxy. Peppery hops mostly add pepper and light bitterness. Body is ample for its size, the beer is clean. Good attenuation. Interesting.

16oz Can from Stowe Public House & Bottle Shop, drunk at our Cabin in the Woods. Hazed golden orange appearance, large white head. Vibrant stonefruit nose. Smooth palate, really good exotic Nelson and Mosaic definition, fairly sweet but balanced, boosted by a creamy oat body. Exceptionally fresh, fruity DDH action.

I’m like only person who drinks these fellas. Cloudy orange and large enough head with sticky lacing. Nose is fruity citrus. Tastes of sum gum/candy, apricot, gooseberry, perfume, spearmint. Easy drinking.
