Slight haze, thin head. Off-dry, the vinous notes are subtle, playing off the slight tartness, though there’s a but if doughy malt in there as well. Goes in the right direction but I’d like it drier and with brighter vinous character.

Slight haze, medium head, yellow. The malt’s a bit sweet, but there’s a decent funk - dusty saison yeast. Good.

Hazy, thick head, pale. Spicy hop, medium bitterness, a touch of sulphur. Good balance.

Hazy, pale amber, medium head. A little grapefruit on the nose, maybe pine, good malt base.

Herbaceous hop, lots of malt on the nose. Peppery, some grapefruit. Good, well balanced.

On tap. Pours a copper color with light head. Aromas of oaky phenols and sharp toasted malts. Flavors of bitter oak, more phenols, and more sharp malts. Not very good and wonder why it was released.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals notes of black pepper, rustic saison yeast, and some woody oak — not getting phenols on the nose. Flavour unfortunately has some light phenols, but also some bubblegumy esters, followed by lightly spicy saison yeast. The esters bother me more than the phenols. Either way, this doesn't work for me.

Pale honeyish amber. Bubbly head. The big thing here is the plasticy phenols. Lots of them, dominating. Light fruitiness, not really getting anything biere de garde about it, so I'll default to the other descriptor of farmhouse pale. I can't get past the plastic.

Gold, almost bright, so chill haze I guess. Pretty big malt character, somewhat toasty. Full body, light bready note, finishes a touch doughy, with a slight grassy hop note. Seems new world in terms of only moderate malt extraction but good for new world.

On tap at Beva, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals a wonderful combo of the Nelson and the Sauv Blanc grape skins, with gentle rustic notes in back. Flavour is dry, and the loads of white wine hop tanginess, white grape skins, and rustic saison yeast, leaving a dry, vinous, floral, and tangy finish. Really great use of grapes and hops with a good enough base saison. The first Beva saison I've thought is excellent.
