Draft @ Bon Vent, Calais. Pours unclear gold, moderate white head. Fruity resinous aroma. Flavour profile presents a balanced, moderate fruity profile with some mild grapefruit and pineapple hints, pokey resin, with a nice bitter close. Not really a full bodied DIPA in tone, more of a strong IPA. Pretty decent.

330ml bottle from Super U, Hazebrouck. Pours a golden amber, moderate white froth atop. Aroma of gentle cake icing, vanilla. Not as sweet and spicy as we're accustomed to with a tripel, some cake icing that sets it apart from a standard blonde but fairly mild flavoured overall. Still, nice for what it is.

Draft @ the Beer Route beer truck, parked up in Saint-Sylvestre-Cappel. Hazy yellow pour, white head. Moderate aroma of sticky exotic stonefruit, continuing to taste, balanced gentle exotic hop, not too full on. Spot on IPA.

330ml bottle from Hoppy Craft Bar, Saint Omer. Drunk watching England vs France World Cup 2022. Lovely imperial saison, definitely on the sweeter side, nice creamy moments, good saison yeast notes with a warming alcohol presence. Good flavourful stuff.
