Gravity cask at the 2022 Rutland CAMRA Festival, Rutland County Museum, Oakham. Brownish Black with an off-white head. Big black malts in the aroma with dollops of chocolate fudge. Sweet chocolate taste, turning slightly more balanced toward the end but never bitter. Long finish with notes of molasses and salted caramel. A brilliant stronger stout.
