Cask at The Furnace, Derby, Saturday 17th January 2015 Interestingly they had this on keg and on cask dispense I went for the latter (cheaper) Brown in colour with a slim scummy off-white head. Malty and hoppy nose. In the mouth this is an in intriguing mix between malt and hops, very flavoursome hops with a tropical edge to them. Bitterness levels are good but so is the malty backbone, like it, but New World is still better. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Cask at The Furnace, Derby, Saturday 17th January 2015 Gold in colour with a slim white head. Lovely hoppy nose, citrussy with a touch of sweet lemon but then mostly grapefruit floods through. Clean, fresh, tasty session beer ending dry. Great stuff. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15. 3.8

Cask at The Furnace, Derby, Saturday 17th January 2015 Dark gold/light amber in colour with a slim white head. Sadly this isn’t a patch on the New World the citrussy nose anf flavours are knocked back by a faint butteryness putting a spanner in the works. A5 A4 T4 P2 Ov9 2.4

part of my 2013 backlog, and tried at the 2013 Peterborough Beer Festival. Cloudy gold colour with a white head. Aroma is mainly citrus. Taste has lemon hops and orange.

Cask at Tap East. Black beer lasting tan head. Chocolate coffee aroma. Not much condition. Dark chocolate. Quite a nice stout. Dry roast so stouty but chocolate so portery. Nice

Cask-conditioned at the Devonshire Cat, Sheffield, 3/12/2014. Clear gold, with a big, lacy, white, head. Massive citrus and tropical fruit character, with some grassy hop kick, balancing cemay malts and a dry finish. Excellent.

Keg@Beer Rebellion, Gipsy Hill, London - dark brown verging black pour with off-white head. Medium roasted dark malty and dark fruity aroma and taste, some prominent spicy and herbal hop bit in there, medium watery body, dry bitter finish. Very interesting brew this.

Cask@Beer Rebellion, Gipsy Hill, London - golden to amber pour with small white head. Aroma and taste is citrus fruity and medium sweet malty, comprising citrus satsuma and lemon notes, grassy, some bready malts, easy drinking for the abv. Decent brew.

Cask at the Wellington, Burmingham. Poured a hazy straw colour with a bubbly broken white head. The aroma is yeast orange citrus. The flavour is light acid citrus with a dry earthy mineral wheat palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
