0.5l bottle. This is a crystal clear golden one with a medium sized quite lacing and bubbly white head. It seriously smells like lemon turd this! Also a bit like lemon vaskemiddel often used at children schools. Citrus, Jamaican jerk and green peppers. Something completely different from what I was expecting, and that's often a really good thing! A fresh and actually quite good aroma. It has a thin oily mouthfeel and a average carbonation level. Again fresh citrus flavors in the taste. A good hoppy bitterness, almost Americanized in a way, lots of citrus zest, some fruity tones and traces of flour. Yeah, this is sessional and a lovely combo of hops. A bit soapy on the finish perhaps, but this is one of the more interesting beers from the somewhat (imo) boring English brewers. 26.04.2013

0.5l bottle. This is a clear deep dark brown colored one with a medium sized quite bubbly beige head that sticks to the sides of the glass. Nice light roasted aroma with thin coffee, some clear chocolate paper, slightly earthy and it has a candy sweetness. Not utterly complex and epic, but it smells quite nice, especially considering what kind of caliber this thing is shooting with. It has a soft thing kinda gliding oily mouthfeel with a soft to medium carbonation level. More roasted flavors. It had a good chocolate sweetness and the coffee is also present. Fudge like sweetness, the hops comes through, it has a good amount of dark fruits, and the finish is slightly buttery and almost a bit slimy. Really light drinkable. Some traces of licorice in the aftertaste. Absolutely approved. 18.03.2013

0.5l bottle. This is a crystal clear golden one with a small light islandy just off-white top. The nose has citrus, it's on the light floral side. The mouthfeel is soft and oily while the carbonation is average. In the taste: More citrus, some zest, it feels fresh, clean and actually somewhat good. Easy and lightdrinkable. 27.04.2013

0.5l bottle. This is a deep dark bronze colored one with a medium sized really bubbly off-white top. On the nose it's get a dry woody kinda fruity aroma with a little bit of dry caramel and a general nice sweetness. Smells absolutely decent this. It's surprisingly bitter in the taste. Lots of dry bitterness and also a good amount of roastiness. Wood as well, like chewing on a coffee table in remember we had when it was younger. A floral bitterness rounds it off. It has some flavor this, but it's not necessary something in have to hunt down for a second go. 29.04.2013

500ml bottle. Clear dark amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way kasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy aroma has notes of Williams Christ pear, preserved yellow apple, a grainy touch. Taste is minimally sweet malty, hints of fruit, cautious herbal hoppy overtones, in the finish dry, husky.

500 ml bottle, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 4.2%. Golden colour, large white head. Aroma of grassy and citrussy hops, with some unusual and interesting spicy notes in the background, also a hint of tobacco. The flavour is fairly dry, with distinct hops throughout, herbal and spicy notes, ending in a little fruity sweetness. .

500 ml bottle. Dark amber body with a small tan head. Aroma of caramel malt, toffee and some dark chocolate. Flavor is mild malty, slightly roasted with hint of dry fruit and chocolate, not very bitter. Medium body and moderate in aftertaste. Decent, but a bit plain.
