Since 2008 we have been brewing beer in Battersea, but after 12 years on our current site we have decided to relocate a mile up the road to Wandsworth Town. Later in 2020 we will be brewing beer on the site of the Ram Brewery where we will launch our new tap room and visitor centre.

Cask@The Draft House, Tower Bridge, London. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts, floral hops, some slight herbal notes. Flavour is malty, a bit spicy, caramelly, earthy and also has some nice floral hops to it. Pleasant.

Cask at Bree Louise, London. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of butterscotch, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Cask. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, as well as lighter notes of hops, leading to a very light bitter finish.

Cask at The Harp off Trafalgar Sq. Pours light amber with a creamy off-white head. Light caramel and floral aromas. Extremely pleasant, though only mildly bitter.

Cask at The Harp off Trafalgar Sq. Pours dark amber with a creamy off-white head. Light citrus? aroma. Flavor is very nice ripe light stone fruit with a touch of citric bitter. It’s just excellently fruity.

Bottle from Kris Wines, London. Dark brown color with medium white head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, pine, spices. Taste, caramel, coffee, plums, cinnamon. Drinkable beer.

Cask (hand pump) at the Bree Louise, London. Copper colour, low off-white head. No aroma detected. Soft and smooth mouthfeel and flavour, nutty malts. Low bitterness.

On gravity at the Bree Louise, London 11/1/2011. Dark brown with a decent, off-white head. Aroma of sweetish dark fruit, chocolate and some roasted malts. Flavour of prunes, raisins, milk chocolate and coffee, with a dryish finish. Good.
