Clear pale gold with a frothy / creamy white head and a tangerine aroma. Smooth and creamy with sweet citrus notes, some chewy light malt and mild dry bitterness in the finish

Coffee and blueberries might have been in my shopping trolley at the same time, but maybe not consumed together before. Looks more raspberry than blueberry, but the latter is more evident, although sweeter than its natural flavour, perhaps the very evident coffee plays its part in this. It also dominates its aftertaste.

CBK tasting. Thanks to Cloin for the can. Near clear dark brown beer, a few short lived pale tan bubbles. Fairly light palate, mildly dry, pretty modest carbonation. Mellow dark chocolate malts. Decent vanilla streak. Soft coffee. Pretty light barrel aspect. Tasty enough if a little underwhelming.

Can split at the CBJ tasting, picked up from HOTM online, 13/03/2025.
Black topped with a khaki head.
Nose is chocolate, dark malts, molasses, toffee fudge.
Taste comprises bitter roast, nutty, charr, dried fruit rinds, cocoa sprinkle.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow boost.
Tidy enough impy but struggling to find much in the way of barrel.

A supernova within 30,000 light years from earth could rip off its atmosphere. This is just a nova so no harm here, other than it's fairly ordinary within its style. Crisp and clean tasting though. Nice carbonation.
