Bottle @ The Boot Inn, Burnley. Golden coloured ale with a thin head. Crisp with a pleasant dry, and light tropical fruit character.

Cask @ Dockyard, Salford. Clear golden with a creamy head. Has a very light hoppy character with a dryness but hardly any fruitiness.

Cask at Paramount; clear golden yellow pour with a creamy off white head, aroma has strong sweet malts and a hint of citrus, taste citrus, sweet malts, a hint of biscuit, bitter finish.

Almost clear gold - amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth but dry pale malts, a little sweetness. Dry floralness with a distinctly soapy edge. Pithy dry citrus brings a mild bitterness. Some grapefruit before a soapy dry finish. Bitter linger. It’s not awful but a long way short of muster.
