Bottled, thanks baggio! Black, small beige head. Aroma of tar and chocolate. Mid sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Mouthfilling flavour of tar and chocolate, salty bitterish finish. Solid, well balanced stout.

Pours black with a small dark tan head.Nose shows rich roasted malt, big espresso and cocoa notes along with sweet chocolate liqueur hints.Flavours are pretty similar, quite bold, with big, dry roasty notes and noticeable coffee. Pretty bitter.Could use more carbonation.Very moreish.

Bottle @ Cloisters, Edinburgh.
Orangey beer, hazy, bubbly frothy head.
Aroma of light citrus hop, fresh.
Taste - light malt, light yeasty, citrusy spicy hop, refreshing for 5.2%.
Palate - Medium carb. Fresh on palate. Very light bitter, slight citrus tang.
This is a good refeshing beer, but didn’t seem outstanding.

From a 500ml bottle on 4/7/2011. Pours a clear dark golden, with little head. Has a slight sweet, floral malt aroma. Taste wise, it’s fairly sweet, with caramel and bready malts. Has a slightly bitter finish. Not terrible but entirely forgettable.
