Bottle. Malty, very fruity aroma. Brown colour, small head. Malty flavour with a hint of citrus. Slightly watery, but also semi-low ABV.

Golden color with peaches, grapefruits and apples in the nose. Hoppy body, albeit a bit too light, citrusy hops are noticeable and a nice bitter finish.

An amber beer with a nice head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy as well as grassy - and so is the flavor.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark golden colour. Malty/oxidized aroma. Bonbon/caramel flavour. Bitter, slightly astringent aftertaste.

Stillish looking pale beer with a very well hopped and very dry aroma. The flavour is very dryly hopped, much like English beers. Overall a good pale ale.

Fully hazy, cidery aspect; little head, fast gone, whitish. Very grapefruity nose, pamplemousse, little grapes as well - and American-type hops, of course. Nearly tart hoptaste - full hopflavours, flavour of some soothing balm, again grapefruit and grapes, then sweetness (vanilla-like) peeps around the corner. Slightly buttery feel, then nearly adstringent from the hops. Looks little carbonated, but the MF gainsays this. Great pale ale, very American indeed; good one from down under.

Clear golden colour with a very thin white head. Aroma of decent cascade hops with a slight metal twang. Light to Medium-bodied; Decent hop flavour with a good malt backbone. Aftertaste clean, showing a bit of sweetness, but more hop bitterness. Overall, a decent APA that you’d expect from California-but you find halfway around the world in Australia. I sampled this pint on draught at the Australian Hotel on the Rocks in Sydney, Australia on 09-June-2004.

Bottled. Copper coloured. Pleasant aroma of grapefruit. Light bodied, a bit sweet. Hoppy and orangey bitterish finish. Well balanced and very drinkable. A nice little beer.

Slightly hazy, lots of carbo. Big fruity aroma. Crisp, moderate bitterness. A bit chewy and the hops are akin to a fresh, flowery cascade. Nicely balanced. Good sessioning beer.

Original rating: Hazy light tan. Fruit (honeydew, grapefruit) and well-done biscuits. Lemony, citric bitterness, fine balance with pale malts. American pale as it’s meant to be - like Full Sail Amber - only made in Oz. 7 3 8 4 16 = 3.8

Amber color. Slight medicine in the lightly malty aroma. The body is light, the flavour reasonably toasty.
